Colossians 1:23
“If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;”
Acts 14:22
“Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.”
Jude 1:3
“Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.”
Are you as christians, contending for the faith once delivered to the saints? I hope so and as I am on a journey myself to be faithful to God and to please Him and not man. If I please man and not God then I would be digressing in the faith. Just be faithful to God one day at a time and see what God does in your life. He will take care of us as He sees fit.
Matthew 6:28
“And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:”
Just wanted to encourage the brethren to be faithful and remember this fight is a good fight as the apostle Paul said.
1 Timothy 6:12
“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.”
