I have learned that examining ourselves daily and making sure our motives are pleasing to God is crucial to growing in the Lord. We never want alterior motives (selfish motives). We must continue to follow Christ and focus on Him and the plan He has for us. We know He wants us to practice righteousness and be

the best testimony we can. I praise God that He gave me repentance and gave me a spiritual goal of using my blog for His glory.

Galatians 6:4

“But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.”

Wow! Isn't God amazing? This verse fit with letting your labor prove itself to God.

Philippians 2:16

“Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.”

I know that my motives are a result of me repenting and giving my life to God's service and being consistent.

The christian life is work and we need to redeem the time.

Ephesians 5:16

“Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.”
